On May 14, 2019, Precise Financial Systems Ltd. threw a party to celebrate 25 years of breaking barriers in software development. From July 1992, when it got registered as PEE-AARR Consulting Limited to when it changed its corporate name in May 1998 to PFS .

Reduction in Cost of Cheque Preparation: CHECKMATE reduces cost of cheque preparation by reducing the use of paper indents, cost of physical transportation of the paper indents back and forth from the branches. It also notes the possibility of de-centralization of cheque pre-encoding making the exercise possible at branch level in selected branches.

Reduction of Customer turn-around time: By reducing the paper pushing activities involved in getting a customer’s cheque requisition satisfied and the use of multiple channels for delivering service to the customer, it is possible for a customer’s request to be serviced on a real time basis.
