On May 14, 2019, Precise Financial Systems Ltd. threw a party to celebrate 25 years of breaking barriers in software development. From July 1992, when it got registered as PEE-AARR Consulting Limited to when it changed its corporate name in May 1998 to PFS .

Sales Executive

 

Key Role

Prospect, facilitate the business meeting, anchor presentations/demo, Sales closure whilst supervising, monitoring, and developing potential clients. Also tasked with strengthening existing business relationships to ensure the provision of excellent products and services that add value to the customer at an affordable cost.

Duties & Responsibilities

This job grade shall be a young professional who shall consistently apply the company’s policies and procedures (as set out in the BDG) to:

  1. Demonstrate in all assigned duties, respect for, and adherence to the firm’s values and culture.
  2. Supervise the research of the assigned target market and finding companies to target.
  3. Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products and services.
  4. Attend meetings with potential customers and close sales and documenting the same using prescribed tools.
  5. Build personal and the team’s sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales, using the prescribed tools.
  6. Work to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Unit Head.
  7. Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the Sales Unit Head.
  8. Ensure entering all required data for sales onto the company’s system by team members.
  9. Ensuring updating of the CRM and inputting information on prospects and customers by team members.
  10. Following up with past customers and cross-selling products.
  11. Providing assistance to other members of his/her sales team.
  12. Investigating and resolving queries from customers of team members.
  13. Preparation and presentation of weekly and other periodic reports on sales activities of the team, using prescribed tools.

 

Selection Criteria

  1. Honors degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
  2. Knowledge of current and expected changes in the business that will impact on her/his preferred area of specialization.
  3. Good knowledge of company’s products and services
  4. 3-4 years of experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  8. Fast learner and passion for sales
  9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
