Bisi, who joined PFS in 2004, is an astute clients’ service manager whose experience in Software management and Database management spans over 8 years. The Chief Service Officer holds a B.Sc (Ed) in Computer Science from University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.

He is a certified Oracle and Microsoft Database Administrator. He is also an ITIL qualified fellow. He attended management and Leadership courses at WITS Business School, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, RSA and Howard University Business School, Washington DC; USA respectively.
