Precise Financial Systems Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and innovation-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time, on-site role requires a commercially astute professional with a strong background in Financial Accounting or Banking & Finance, and a proven track record in solution-based sales within a technology or fintech environment.
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, quick to learn, and deeply committed to delivering value. A self-starter with an ownership mindset—someone who works independently, thinks strategically, and contributes meaningfully to business growth. A valid driver’s licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, strengthen, and manage long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continuous value creation.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and align them with PFS’s solution suite to drive engagement and impact.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue growth opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts to maximize revenue and expand client value.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and deliver tailored business and technical solutions.
- Contribute to strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through structured meetings, reports, and business reviews.
- Deliver actionable feedback to product, technical, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking in evaluating client needs, market movements, opportunities, and solution fit.
Qualifications & Competencies
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, ideally in technology, enterprise software, or fintech.
- Strong foundational knowledge in accounting, with practical experience in sales within related industries.
- MBA in Marketing or related field is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in retaining customers and achieving sales or revenue targets.
- Experience in market research, business development, strategic planning, and consultative/solution-based selling.
- High level of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and understand new ideas, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of financial technology solutions is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
